Richard Snyder
COMMERCIAL REALTOR
Richard Is a native of Fargo. He is an Alumni of North Dakota State University (Go Bison!), having graduated with a History Major, and way too many Minors.
Richard’s initial foray into business, was through owning and managing a building supply distribution business and a light manufacturing business, which was tied to the building supply business. Richard next moved to become a professional volunteer by volunteering his time and talents to non-profits for a period of ten years. He took great joy in impressing upon his children and grandchildren, the importance of “giving back”.
Richard received his Real Estate License in the Spring of 2012. He has since taken an active role in Development Land sales, Farmland sales and leasing, Mineral Acreage sales, Industrial Building Sales and Leasing, Retail Building Sales and Leasing, and Multi-Family Apartment sales. Richard enjoys “getting the job done”, for both Sellers and Buyers, Landlords and Tenants. His success is reflected by the success his Clients and Customers experience. Richard owns both commercial property and farmland, so is intricately tied to the commercial real estate market.
Richard enjoys time at the lake, or time in his home, with his four adult children and their families, with special emphasis placed upon his six grandchildren.
Richard’s Core Strength is his willingness to listen attentively to the needs of his Clients and Customers and seeing them experience the success of a sale or lease transaction, always meeting or exceeding their expectations.
